Siddhartha Insurance Company to auction unsold 37,216.50 units right shares from 19 Ashoj 2075. The auction will be closed on 26 Ashoj 2075.
The company will be auctioning 36,416.90 unit ordinary shares & 799.60 unit promoter share.
The interested bidders are urged to place bid for 100 units quoting minimum price Rs.100 & above.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager for auction.
Bidder can collect auction forms from NMB Capital – Nagpokhari Branches of NMB bank – Biratnagar, Birjung, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepaljung, Surkhet and Dhangadi.
Interested bidders are urged to deposit their bid amount in A/C no 00100600054010000216 in NMB Bank or A/C no 04100300202302000001 of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank in the name of “NMBCL-Right SIL 2074/75”.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.89.59 crore after adjustment of 35% right shares.
