Siddhartha Insurance has announces dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 30 Baishakh 2076 had decided to distribute 15.48433% or Rs.13.40 crore bonus shares.
The decision is subjected to approve from Beema Samiti & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.83.59 crore.
