Siddhartha Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholdersfrom the income of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 30 Bhadra 2076 has proposed 10% or Rs.8.88 crore bonus shares and 15.26% or Rs.1.35 arba cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.8.88 arba.
