Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 30 Bhadra has proposed 10% or Rs.2.07 crore bonus shares and 5.79% or Rs.1.20 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.20.74 crore.
