SBI Bank posted net profit of 91.03 core in Q2 report; EPS fall to 22.69

Nepal SBI Bank limited (SBI) has published second quarter report stating net profit surge by 20.34% in this fiscal year 2074/75.

As per the report published, SBI Bank has earned net profit of 91.30 crore in this quarter. It had earned 75.87 in the last year second quarter.

Bank has collected a deposit of 85.16 arba in floated in loan 71.34 arba. SBI Bank has reduced its borrowings by 49.63%.

Net interest income remains at 1.88 arba. It had earned 1.45 arba in last year Q2. Means increased by 29.86%.

Provision for possible losses also decreased which seems good.

Operating profit is 1.45 arba from 1.16 arba. It is increased by 23.27%.

Paid up capital is increased by 107.19%. Its paid up capital is 8.04arba with reserve 3.69 arba.

NPL stands at 0.13% from 0.12%. Credit to deposit ratio is 77.03% which is nearly tight. Cost of fund stands at 5.14%.

EPS stands at 22.69. It is decreased by 41.92%. It is due bank unable to earned in the same ratio of hike in capital.

Net worth per share remains at 145.89. PE stands at 26.22 times.
