Samudayik laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced Dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76. Also announced right shares.
The board meeting of the company held today, 10 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 34.45% or Bonus shares & 1.81% Cash dividend including dividend tax. It has also announces 50% or 2:1 right shares of paid up capital
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10 crore.
