Kumari Bank Limited has announced Bonus & cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held today, 11 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 10% or Rs.86.85 crore Bonus shares & 0.526% or Rs.4.56 crore Cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.68 arba.
