RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 22 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 6% or Rs.3.80 crore bonus share and 10% or Rs.6.33 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently its paid up capital stands at Rs.63.35 crore.
