Janaki Finannce Company Limited has announced 23.16% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 20 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 22% bonus shares and 1.16% cash dividend for dividend tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently its paid up capital stands at Rs.49.21 crore.
