RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 07 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 12.50% or Rs.9.99 crore bonus shares and 12.5% or Rs.9.99 crore cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.79.93 crore.
