Prime Commercial Bank has announced 16% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 05 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 16% or 1.28 arba Bonus Share for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.03 arba. After bonus adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.31 arba.
