Mahuli samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close for AGM. The book will be close on 16 Poush for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 15 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be convene on 29 Poush 2075 at corporate office of the Mahuli laghubitta, Saptari at 11:00AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 20% Bonus Share and 1.0527% cash dividend for shareholders
- To change Name of the company & registered address, to extend services to national level
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
- To elect 2 member from public shareholder group.
- To provide authority for BoD to sign MOU with appropriate BFIs for Merger/ & acquisitions
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.6 crore.
