NMB Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on24 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 21% or Rs.2.42 arba bonus share and 14%or Rs.1,61arba cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.11.52 arba
