Four companies have announces Dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit off FY 2075/76.
As per notice in Nepse, following companies have proposed Dividend for shareholders.
NMB Bank Limited has announced 21% or Rs.2.42 arba bonus share and 14%or Rs.1.61arba cash dividend including dividend tax. Shareholders will get dividend after approval from NRB and AGM.
Ganapati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has declared 7% bonus shares & 0.3684% cash dividend. NRB has approved but shareholders will get after approval from AGM.
Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance has announced 6.5% cash dividend. NRB and AGM should approved the proposal.
Himalayan Distillery Limited has proposed 50% Bonus shares 52.63% cash dividend for shareholders. AGM will held on 01 Poush 2076. For AGM book will be closed on 15 Mangsir 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 14 Mangsir will be eligible to take part in AGM.
