- Branch Manager (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager)
Locations: Inside Valley
Required Number: 50
This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidates are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and business intelligence. S/he should be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies, and road maps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidates should have abilities to train; nurture and groom team members and motivate them for greater achievements. S/he is expected to possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals with enhanced customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager
- The candidate should possess at least 5 years of banking experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the related area/field with the educational qualification of Master’s Degree in management or related field/Chartered Accountant or should possess at least 10 years of banking experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the related area/field with the educational qualification of Bachelor’s degree in related area/field.
- Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years as of July 5, 2019
- Relationship Manager (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer)

Relationship Managers are expected to possess strong sales driven and great hunger for sales, marketing, relationship management, and customer experience enrichment and are responsible for impeccable execution of related strategies. Relationship Manager should have the ability to support the Branch Manager in leading the branch towards generating new business and identifying opportunities for higher growth and should have strong interpersonal skills & abilities to build rapport with customers.
Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer
- Preferably a Master’s Degree but not less than a Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field.
- At least 5 years of banking experience in the related field/area.
- Service Manager (Operation In-charge) (Assistant/Senior Assistant/ Supervisor/ Junior Officer)
Locations: Inside Valley
Required Number: 100
The Service Managers shall be responsible for overseeing the bank’s administrative and operations/service/support. The candidates are expected to possess sound knowledge of related policies, practices, and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor
- Preferably a Master’s Degree but not less than a Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field.
- At least 3 years of banking experience in related field/area.
- Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of July 5, 2019.
- Hospitality Service (Contractual Employment)
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley
Required Number: 200
- The candidates of this job position are also expected to work closely with the marketing, customer service, service excellence, customer help desk, service executive and other service delivery team of the bank to impeccably achieve sales and service drive of the bank.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of July 5, 2019
Eligibility Criteria for Hospitality Service (Contractual Employment)
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree but not less than Intermediate/+2 Degree in any discipline.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 45 years as of July 5, 2019
Job grade shall be determined based on the previous experience in the related field of the candidate. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
