Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Sanima Bank Limited for 10% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.315 for 10% bonus share. Price before book close was Rs.347
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 10% bonus share & 11.0526% cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
AGM will be held on 29 Aswin 2076 at Naxal Banquet, Naxal Kathmandu.
