Nepal SBI Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 12 Aswin 2076 has decided to distribute 6% bonus shares and 10.84% cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.8.44 arba.
