Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Nepal Investment Bank Limited for 18% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.577.12 for 18% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.667.56. Price before book close Rs.681.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. AGM to held on 29 Poush 2075 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu,10:00 AM. It had proposed 18% bonus share & 22% cash dividend.
