Ghalemdi Hydro limited to issue 15.33 lakh IPO shares to public from 19 Poush 2075. The issue will be open till 23 Poush 2075.
The company will be issuing 15,33,770 units IPO share to the general public at the rate of Rs.100.
It had allocated 2% or 22,000 units for employees of the company, 5% or 55,000for existing mutual fund & remaining 10,78,000 units for public. 455,770 units of IPO unsubscribe by locals also set to issue for public.
Interest public can apply for minimum 50 units & maximum 10000 units.
It had appointed Vibor Capital limited as issue manager
Interested applicants can apply from all the C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions
ICRA Nepal has assigned grade 5 for the IPO.
