Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited for 5% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.231 for 5% bonus share. Price before book close was Rs.243.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 5% bonus share & 11% cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
