Laxmi Bank to float “10% Laxmi Bank debenture 2086” from 23 Aswin to 27 Aswin 2076. If the issue is not subscribed within 4 days, it will be remains till 22 Kartik 2076.
The bank will be floating 20 lakh units of debenture at the rate of Rs.1000. It has reserved 8 lakh units for general public & mutual fund and remaining 12 lakh units for others organizations.
Interest applicant can apply for minimum 25 units and maximum 1 lakh units from all C- ASBA approved BFIs.
Nabil Investment Banking limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.92 arba.
