Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited for 8% Bonus share and 50% right shares.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.496.20 for 8% bonus share and 50% right shares. Its Average base price is Rs.621.10.
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. Right share will be issued for all shareholders who hold the shares before book close.
