Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited for 10% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.582.73 for 10% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.461.86. Price before book close Rs.641.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 10% bonus share & 10% cash dividend for shareholders.
