Laxmi Bank has announced 8.95% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 25 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 8.5% Bonus Share & 0.45% cash dividend for its shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.22 arba.
