Nepal life Insurance Company to covert promoter share to ordinary share.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, 276th board meeting of company made a decision to change capital structure from 70:30 to 60:40.
The company will convert share to public share in the ratio of promoter shareholding.
Sebon has granted a permission to change capital structure on 16 Shrawan 2075.
