Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha set to auction 1.03 lakh units unsold right shares from 13 Mangsir 2075. The auction will remain open till 20 Mangsir 2075.
The microfinance company is auctioning 83,093 units promoter shares and 17,260 units ordinary.
Interested bidder can bid for minimum 100 units of ordinary quoting price equal to Rs. 100 or more.

Bidder can collect auction forms from NMB Capital Limited, Kathmandu and branches of NMB bank, Birjung, Pokhara, Surkhet, Biratnagar, Butwal, Nepaljung and Dhangadi.
Interested bidders are urged to deposit their bid amount in A/C No. 00100600054010000230 of NMB Bank Limited and A/C No. 04100300207709000001 of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd in the name of “NMBCL-Right NNLBSL 2074/75”.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.40 crore after the adjustment of right share.
