Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Santha has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be closed on 03 Poush 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 02 Poush 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Annual general meeting will be held on 19 Poush 2076.
AGM of the company will endorse 20% or Rs.1.68 crore bonus shares and 1.0526% or Rs.8.84 lakh cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The company will float 1:1 right shares after decision of merger and acquisitions,
It will endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76 and appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.8.40 crore.
