Agricultural Development Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 24 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 30% dividend (6% bonus shares and 24% cash dividend) including total dividend tax.
It also announced 6% Cash Dividend dividend for preferences shareholders.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bankd and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Paid up capital stands at Rs.9.01 arba. It has preference shares of Rs.5.43 arba.
