Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha allots 250% right shares for its shareholders. It had floated 6 lakh units of shares for those shareholders who get registered in the book within 06 Shrawan 2075.
It has allotted 496,647 units shares for 1,853 valid applicants. Remaining unsold 1,03,353 units to be bring into auction soon.
The issue was managed by NMB Capital Limited.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.40 crore after the adjustment of right share.
