Nabil Bank has announced book close for Annual General meeting (AGM).
The book will be close on 14 Falgun 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 13 Falgun 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
Annual general meeting to be convene on 27 Falgun 2075 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 12% Bonus Share and 22% cash dividend for shareholders; any fraction on bonus will get whole units adjusted amount from Cash dividend.
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To convert 10% promoter share to public shares which was auctioned by NIDC Development Bank
- To amend MOA & AOA
Issued capital & Paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.01 arba after adjustment of Bonus shares.
