Excel Development Bank announce book close for Annual General meeting (AGM).
The book will be close on 27 Falgun to 11 Chaitra 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 26 Falgun 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
Annual general meeting to be convene on 11 Chaitra 2075 at Hotel Holiday home, Birtamode, Jhapa, 11:00 PM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 17% or 11.77 crore cash dividend for shareholders
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To issue 55% or 38.09 crore right shares for shareholders.
- To hike its authorized capital to Rs.1.50 arba from 1 arba.
- To amend MOA & AOA
To provide authority from BOD to find out appropriate BFIS for merger/ Acquisitions and asset & liabilities valuation through DDA.
