Muktinath Bikas Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 07 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 17.60% or Rs.64.72 crore bonus shares and 0.93% or Rs.3.40 crore cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.3.67 crore after 20% right shares which already approved.
