Mega Bank Nepal has announced 7.85% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 04 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 1.00233% or Rs.10.30 crore Bonus Share and 6.85% or Rs.70.45 crore Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10.28 arba.
