Shangrila Development Bank has announced 9.30% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 04 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 4% Bonus Share and 5.30% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.2.50 arba.
