Mega Bank Nepal Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 08 Aswin 2076 has proposed 11.75% or Rs.1.22 arba cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.10.38 arba.
It has signed MOU to acquire Gandaki Bikas Bank limited, Yesterday. Now trading of Gandaki bikas bank is halt due to acquisition agreement with MEGA bank.
