Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called annual general meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be convened at 07 Kartik 2076 at Fal and Trout Village Hotel and restaurant, Kakani, Nuwakot, 10 Am.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 12% bonus shares and 0.631579% cash dividend from the income of FY 2075/76
- To approve audited financial statements FY 2075/76
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77
- Merger & acquisition with appropriate BFIs; signed MOU and assets/liabilities valuation through DDA.
- To amend MOA & AOA
Its paid up capital stands at Rs.20.74 crore.
The book will be closed on 15 Aswin 2076 for AGM Those shareholders who hold shares till 14 Aswin will be eligible to take part in AGM.
