Today, last day to apply for right shares of Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha, 17 Chaitra 2075. It has been issuing 20% right shares from 13 Falgun 2075.
The company is issuing 5:1 or 1,10,000 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100 for its existing shareholders.
Only those shareholders who hold the shares till 15 Magh 2075 can apply for right shares from all the C-Asba approved banks & financial institutions.
Siddhartha capital limited has been appointed as issue manager for right issue.
After right issue, paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.82 crore.
