Today, last day to apply for IPO of Sanjen Jalvidhyut & Rasuwagadi Hydropower. The issue was open for public from 06 Baishak 2076. The issue is already oversubscribed.
Rasuwagadi Hydropower Company Limited is issuing 10,263,150 units of shares at the Rs.100. The company has allocated 4% or 410,526 units for employees, 5% or 513,157 units for mutual funds and remaining 93,39,469 units for general public.
Interested applicants can apply minimum 10 units & maximum 5000 units from all the C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
The issue is 15% of issued capital of Rs.6.84 arba. It had already issue IPO to locals of projected affected areas.

The issue is 15% of issued capital of Rs.3.65 arba. It had already issue IPO to locals of projected affected areas.
