Chilime Hydropower Company has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 18 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 20% or Rs.95.16 crore bonus share and 5% or Rs.23.79 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Annual general meeting. AGM will be held at on 11 Mangsir 2076.
The company had announced book close for AGM on 27 Kartik 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 26 Kartik 2076 or one day before book close can attain AGM & claim for dividend.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.4.75 arba.
