Today is the last day to grab 70.5% dividend of Nepal life insurance company limited (NLIC). It has announced 42% Bonus share & 28.53 % cash dividend from income of FY 2073/74 to its shareholders.
The book closure date was set for 14 Chaitra to 28 Chaitra 2074. Those shareholders who buy share within 13 Chaitra 2074 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
NLIC will provide 1.30 arba bonus share & 88.32 crore cash bonus to its shareholders from the income of fiscal year 2073/74.
But this announcement is to be approved from AGM & regulatory body (Beema samiti).
Currently, its paid up capital is 3.09 arba with reserve of 5.02 arba.
It has posted net profit of 27.96 crore in the second quarter of FY 2074/75.
The last trading price stood at Rs.1545.
