Karnali Development bank is auctioning unsold right shares from today; 17 Ashad 2075. The auction will be closed on 24, Ashad 2075.
The development is auctioning 7,08,158 units share for public. The bank is auctioning 5, 23,570 unit right shares of promoters shares and 1, 84,588 unit right shares of ordinary share.
Bidders can apply minimum 100 units of shares quoting price equal to Rs.100 or more than Rs.100.
The issue manager is Prabhu Capital Limited.
Interested bidders are argued to deposit bid amount in in A/C no 13511600631816000005 of Prabhu Bank Limited or A/C no 00100700055089000001 in Karnali Development Bank Limited in the name of “Prabhu Capital Limited”.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.15.10 crore. After adjustment of 225% right shares, paid up capital will reach to Rs.50.27 crore.
The last trading price of the bank stood at Rs.112 as of 14 ashad 2075.
