Janata Bank Nepal has reported surge in net profit by 34.12% in Q4

Janata Bank Nepal has published Fourth quarter report of FY 2075/76. It has reported increase in net profit by 34.12% in the comparing period.

It has reported net profit of Rs.1.34 arba in Q4 which was Rs.1.00 arba in the same period of last fiscal year.




As per the Nepal financial reporting standard (NFRS) model, the bank has free profit after regulatory adjustments of Rs.97.26 crore which can be distribute as dividend to its shareholders. It can distribute maximum 12% dividend from income of this year.

It has collected deposit of Rs. 76.02 arba and floated loan & advance of Rs.66.84 arba. Its Net interest income stands at Rs.3.42 arba & Operating profit at Rs.2.00 arba in fourth quarter.

Paid up capital stands at Rs.8.00 arba & reserve of Rs.1.70 arba. It has already signed in merger agreement with Global IME Bank.

Its Earning per share stands at Rs.16.81, net worth at Rs.133.54 and PE ratio at 12.73 times.
