IME General Insurance has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 27 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 6% bonus shares and Rs.32.22 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should approved by Beema Samiti and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently its paid up stands at Rs.1.26 arba.
