IME General Insurance has allotted 80% right shares to its shareholders. The company had issued 43.20 lakh units shares from 17 Poush 2075 to 21 Magh 2075 for those shareholders who had hold the shares till 8 Mangsir 2075.
The company has allotted 42,17,636 units of shares for 2842 applicants. Remaining 102,364 units of unsold shares will be sold through Auction Soon.
The issue was managed by Global IME Capital Limited.
After 80% right shares issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs.97.2 crore.
