Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has allotted 50% right shares to its shareholders.
The company has allotted 26,92,156 units of shares for 50,287 valid applicants on 27 Ashad 2076. 5,82,844 units of shares remains unsold which will be sold though auction soon.
It had floated 32,75,000 units of share from 27 Baishak to 30 Jestha 2076 for existing shareholders.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is managing the issue.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.98.25 crore after issuance of right shares.
