Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 15% bonus share the net profit of Rs.2074/75 to its shareholders.
As per the notice in NEPSE, 81th board meeting of the company decided to distribute 15 bonus shares & cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 15% or 1.44 crore bonus shares & 7.58 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from NRB & upcoming AGM of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.9.60 crore. After bonus adjustment, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.11.80 crore.
