Ghodighoda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called annual general meeting (AGM).
Annual general meeting will be held on 26 Poush 2076 at Shubashree palace Pvt. Ltd, hasanpur Dhangadi, Kailali at 11:00 am.
The book will be closed on 07 Poush to 26 Poush 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 06 Poush 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
To float 20% right share on paid up capital of Rs.2.76 crore; to hike paid up capital to Rs.3.31 crore.
To approved audited financial statements of FY 2075/76
To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77
To elect 4 members from promoter shareholder group and 2 members from public shareholder group
To amend MOA & AOA, etc.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.2.76 crore.
