Deva Bikas Bank has announced Dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 05 Baishak 2076 had decided to distributed 5.5% or 13.93 lakh units bonus shares for shareholders. Cash dividend is not given, as shareholders may have to pay dividend tax separately for getting bonus share.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Ratra Bank and up coming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.2.53 arba.
