Lumbini General Insurance has announced book close for special general meeting (SGM). The book will be close on 15 Baishak 2075. To attain SGM shareholder should hold ownership till 14 Baishak 2076.
SGM will be convened at Amritbhok, Kalisthanthan, Kathmandu on 25 Baishak 2076 at 11 AM.
The major agendas
- To issue 20% right shares on paid up capital of Rs.88 crore.
- To hike authorized capital to Rs.1.25 arba from 1 arba.
- To amend MOA & AOA
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.88.00 crore. Paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.05 arba after right issue.
