City Express Finance Company to auction unsold right shares from 29 Poush 2075. The action share will be opened till 06 Magh 2075.
The finance company will be auctioning 256,631 units of promoter shares and 478,456 units of ordinary shares.
For promoters shares must apply for minimum 1000 units & public shares minimum 100 unit quoting minimum price of Rs.100 or more.
Kathmand Capital Market limited had been appointed as issue manager.
Interested bidders can deposit the bid amount in A/C 010000063202524 of Bank of Kathmandu Ltd in the name of “Kathmandu Capital Market Limited”
